Hi! no, unfortunately it’s still not possible to use my old smtp Service Providers. But with gmail it works

But I use the same smtp setting on my Printer for sending „scanned documents as a pdf“ to a Mail account without any problems.

Two different cameras. One (the new one) for testing in my own network and the other one is still installed on the costumer site/network.

No success! Did someone else also use E-Mail notification on the IPC and it‘s still working? I think this is a generally HikVision Problem…

For testing i used a complete new IPC today.

The IPC is connected directly to a PoE Switch (no NVR) I recheck the password and as I sayed the same settings/credentials are working fine on other devices (for eg the Printer/Scanner - after scanning a document I received the Mail). So no issues with blocking ports.

I can trigger the alarm by using the web interface of the IPC and I can trigger the Alarm output inside the Hik-Connect APP when the IPC is only „locally“ added to the Hik-Connect APP too. But after adding the IPC „remotely“ and using the Hik-Connect APP again the button disappeared.

But when using the camera themselves for the Hik-Connect Service the Button for the Alarm-Output is not shown.

If I want to use the loudspeaker the Hic-Connect App asked me which one (NVR or Camera) but pressing the Alarm-Button shows only the NVR Alarm Output.

You‘re right! I need two outputs for each AcuSense IPC. But the recent IPCs supports only one Output. The first output (for motion detection) should switch a lamp for the outside by night. The second output (line crossing) should send a trigger to the Smart-Home System.
