I sometimes encounter this from various sites. I may have some settings too tight on Firefox, the browser that I normally use. When I encounter this behavior, I switch to Chrome or Edge and that always seems to work.
It sounds like your BI PC has been assigned a different local IP address than you were using before. This is expected if you are not setting an IP address reservation for that PC's MAC address in you router.
I don't auto update. Mine switched to eval on the 8th. I have the following in the log:
2023/7/8 12:05:50 PM App [Maintenance and Support Plan expired; see Settings]
2023/7/8 12:05:50 PM App Your License is not authorized to use this version
This has repeated each day since, including today...
If it's any consolation, they planned to do this all along. It's just that now they have a justification for it.
My small dogs are frequently misidentified as cats. So far they don't seem to care. The raccoons being misidentified as cats, I'm not as sure about.
The normal thumbnails are showing (left side of the screen). Missing is the hi-res jpeg. There is a setting somewhere (trigger tab or AI section?) that you have to enable to save those. Otherwise, have your UI set to display a short, sped up video of the clip when you hover over the thumbnail.
