It sounds like your BI PC has been assigned a different local IP address than you were using before. This is expected if you are not setting an IP address reservation for that PC's MAC address in you router.

If it's any consolation, they planned to do this all along. It's just that now they have a justification for it. My small dogs are frequently misidentified as cats. So far they don't seem to care. The raccoons being misidentified as cats, I'm not as sure about.

The normal thumbnails are showing (left side of the screen). Missing is the hi-res jpeg. There is a setting somewhere (trigger tab or AI section?) that you have to enable to save those. Otherwise, have your UI set to display a short, sped up video of the clip when you hover over the thumbnail.
