    The cameras are analog. I did manage to get into the DVR's web interface using old internet explorer, as its so old it won't work in new browsers. Still no extra settings. My next route is probably do a factory reset.

    I've rebooted it twice. I don't see any settings in the DVR for onvif. In BlueIris Camera Settings > Video > Network IP > Configure, and then putting in IP address and login info, then clicking Find/Inspect is where the old password is bringing up all the channels and connecting to the DVR...
