Anyone out there tried these Wago connectors?

I've used them on several houses doing lighting in ceilings. No problem at all, easy to use, been about 5 years, not had the first problem. They do make you wonder though, as the contacts just kind of "clip on". I'll keep using them, at least until I have a problem.......

    1/4-20 adapter?

1/4-20 is a pretty common bolt size. Maybe find someone with a welder, have them spot weld it on to something with something substantial that will let you mount it how you like? Use some long bolts through a flange that has the bolt welded to it or something like that?

So that's a "standard" 2 car door? Can I ask what kind of price range something like that runs? Definitely looks beefy!!

Where did the rifle come from?

Drop 'em a line, tell them "Hey, the gun turned up!!" If they are like some of my locals, they'll probably say "Well, we can't really do anything about it right now". I've called about several small crimes in progress over the years, and they didn't even respond - dispatcher said they were...

I'm looking for someone who can print tpu for a gasket "experiment"...

I have some use for a custom gasket using the PFA130E junction boxes. I wanted to see if there is someone here with a 3d printer who prints TPU, and would be interested in printing a sample / one off so that I can test it, and if it works out make the files available here for other people. I...

I've gone down the genealogy rabbit hole

You've probably already been there, but check out findagrave.com With the information, as well as pictures - there is a lot of good information and piecing together you can do too. Also for anyone who cares, Family Treemaker is coming out with a new version soon. I think today is the last day...

Does the PFA200W work with IPC-T54IR-ZE camera?

Does the PFA200W work with IPC-T54IR-ZE camera? I'd like to get some sun and rain protection for this camera, and this looks like it might be ideal. Thanks a lot.

    The neighbors who ask....

Personally, I think the best route with questions is "I'm sorry, but I really can't discuss anything related to my security precautions". It can bite you in the ass in a lot of ways, not just the one that you are experiencing right now.

    Mounting IPC-T5442T-ZE on 1/2" Conduit

I'd like to mount a IPC-T5442T-ZE on 1/2" Conduit (It's already hanging there...) and would like ideas on the best way to do this. I was thinking a PFA106 for the camera, but then what adapter(s) would I need to go from the 1/2" conduit to the PFA106, or is there just a whole 'nuther way that...

Any general thoughts on Hikvision PCI-D15F2S

I am looking at getting this camera for mounting on a shed. Camera will be mounted flat against the side if I do it. I believe that it will limit the range of motion more that way, but I should still have the range I would need for this one camera. Cat6 cable, less than 140' total cable...
