tried this too, changed multiple times but still getting same error, "Network error, Maybe Timout". even connected the camera directly to PC, nothing in between still same error.

it's also saying "404 webpage no found" in internet explorer. i guess Dahua disabled web interferace for these camera in their firmware.

I have Dahua Imou ranger 2 and it was not updating to the latest firmware so i decided to reset it. but as soon as i reset it, it's not initializing. it just keeps showing blinking red light but does not initialize. Bro, could you help me? i'm keep getting same error that you were getting and tried multiple soultions but nothing is working. it keeps saying , 'network error, maybe timeout'. how did you get your camera initialized? btw mine is Dahua Ranger 2.
