Last ditch effort;)Get Hiren's boot cd on a thumb drive and boot it up. Go into Parted-magic "linux" and try Disk erase on the desktop. Choose "internal erase", let computer sleep for a few seconds. Will need to redo initialization and formatting.

Yes, tried a camera setup with a router running on 10.100.xxx.xxx and that was a no go. 192.168. style worked though. Set up password in browser and then edited password in smartpss device manager.
