Hi i have many Dahua Cam SD22424T-GN wich work well, but i have problem to configure privacy masking through NVR. Once masking enabled and configured, when i apply configuration, the mask disappear. Can someone tell me how i can fix this problem? Thanks swko

Hi Cor i have same model SD2244T-GN but cannot configure privacy masking. once configured, when i save, the mask disappear, even web or console (system version is V4.001.0000003.2, Build Date: 10-10-2020 ) can you tell me how you can do that? thanks swko
