    Empiretech software?

I keep deleting the app entirely so I assume the cache goes with it. I suppose the SD access isn't as critical, to be honest.

    Empiretech software?

I'm running BI and was thinking about the web based option rather than the app. Ideally, I'd like to be able to access the memory onboard the individual cameras too though. DMSS, I've added the camera via SN both manually and by QR code. It doesn't seem to find it on the network for some...

    Empiretech software?

You did say that. I thought I had done it. Regarding DMSS: I've tried numerous times to add the camera and it's not found. Everything is on the same subnet. I've got cameras from Reolink, annke, and now EmpireTech. Is there an app (other than the $13 BI app) that would allow for all of these...

Funny enough it did not look like that, more like this: And then I pressed 'find/inspect' and then it all came up properly.

    Empiretech software?

I've done that and it's working in BI but the substream is set to 'none' and when I set to default (same as main) it just goes back to none.

    Empiretech software?

The static IP is set. I added it to BI but now I'm working on finding the main and sub streams along with various other settings.

    Empiretech software?

Yiesh, I need to do soe searching for settings - this is not overly intuitive lol

    Empiretech software?

alright, I've got it plugged in and configured to an IP. For Main and Sub streams, I'm a bit confused. The camera IP shows 224.1.2.4 which is way out of range of the IP assigned to it.

    Empiretech software?

Thanks, makes sense. I'm looking for speed/accuracy so I'm curious whether an i7-6700t is faster running YOLOv5 on four cameras than individual object detection on one camera (looking at 2 more). I'm also curious what optimal settings are for the t54ir-ze S3

    Empiretech software?

How does the object detection work in the T54IR-ZE S3? Does it somehow work in parallel with blue iris or is the benefit in saving onboard data?

    Empiretech software?

thanks, I'm reading through this thread now (Mini-Review - 5442-ZE-S3 AKA T54IR-ZE-S3 - Replacement to 5442-ZE) I'll set up the new T54IR-ZE S3 this weekend.

What's the Dahua equivalent of the T54IR-ZE S3?

    Empiretech software?

Interesting, thanks for that info. Is Empiretech a small business? It sure seems like it. I'm getting a bit curious about the company itself. They seem to have some solid products and the quality of the product seems really good. I was surprised by the metal housing.

    Empiretech software?

I picked up an empiretech camera the other day to test. Reolink and annke have their own app to make viewing a bit easier. The only thing I see for empiretech seems like DMSS or SmartPSS but they don't seem specifically branded. Just curious what you'd recommend. Also the config tool has one...

@EMPIRETECANDY Just curious, how is it more expensive for empire tech to sell on their site vs on amazon. It's like $15 cheaper on amazon but I hate amazon.

Empiretech T54IR-ZE S3 still on top?

Yeah that's my bad, good catch. Are there any others in the 8MP range with a larger aperture? It should be interesting to test the 4MP next to the current C-800's. I'm hoping to see a dramatic improvement.

Empiretech T54IR-ZE S3 still on top?

I'm getting a bit closer to actually buying one to test. From prior conversations, it seems the T54IR-ZE S3 was the best camera for what I'm looking for. I like the IR aspect just in case there's no power I can illuminate for an extended period. I like the fact the aperture works well with the...

    Coral.ai error

I'm running it on windows with WSL for testing the TPU. I've not touched this since my last message. I was actually thinking about building a beefier system with a GPU rather than this setup. My dual edge tpu doesn't fit and the USB tpu seems to be ineffective for now. Google hasn't updated the...

    Coral.ai error

Thanks for the response, I'll give that a try. I was really hoping to cut the response times down but the YOLOv5 seems to run at the same timing on my GTX960 vs the Coral Edge TPU. I'm getting pretty close to just building a dedicated box with an RTX GPU. I'll try making sure the multi-TPU is...

    Annke NC800 vs Empiretech IPC-T54IR-ZE-S3

Interesting, I thought it had some IR built in so that's a good call. The goal is generally overview but the option of identifying would be ideal. I need to go get a tape measure and start figuring out the actual distance. I'd have to guess 50 feet, generally. I'll do a bit more reading on...

    Annke NC800 vs Empiretech IPC-T54IR-ZE-S3

Me again. I've been doing some digging and found the Annke NC800. It's 4k (8.29 MP) and has an 1/1.2″ STARVIS CMOS sensor and 2.8" focal length. 30 fps (2688 X 1520) Reviews, at least this one, is positive: https://ca-en.annke.com/products/nc800?variant=45692047130899#specification Now, the...

    Annke C800 vs Reolink RLC-1224A

IR is often pretty unusable anyway, imo. I do like the idea of these cameras turning on lighting to get a color feed but I'm leery on how well it works. Thanks for mentioning the lack of IR capabilities. This is the one you're referring to...
