    I have V3.3.4, but it isn't working. The installer says he will have to go to each camera in turn to change the names. I don't understand this. How can it be changed at the camera but not over the network?

    Have you solved this problem? I have had the HIK Vision NVR for a few days and wanted to change the camera names, but get the same message. I wonder if it's a protocol problem or plain incompatibility: my cameras are hiview.
