During playback the video seems fine but the stop and forward buttons are sequencing back and forth (highlighted) rapidly. Also the multiplier 1x, 2x and so forth is not working. (no response). Any ideas?

When configuring the camera using Main Stream RTSP, how can I tell the camera is running at it's highest resolution of 1080P ? Highest I can set the image format to is 1280 x 1024 ??
