I have the EXACT same problem. I get ok when sending test mail (every time) and ok when sending notifications without pictures. BUT, when I tick "Attach pictures" it gets totally random. Sometimes it sends the mail wit the picture and sometimes it doesn't. Usually it sends the pictures a few...
