You need to reset the function, delete the rule, turn off IVS as selected. Restart the camera switch on IVS as function again and try to redraw the line. That has happened many times for me when i have my training courses and switched alot between different analytic modes. Worth trying :)

Did you draw the line and finished with a right click? Always close the line or area with right mouse click.

No, everything looks correct! The SMD is a analytic tool and is not supported from the NVR. The camera handles all the analytic when attached to a 4-serie NVR. (5-serie can handle analytics inside NVR) But you have a strong camera and it should not be a problem :)

Strange, Have you try put the camera in a PoE injector or separate switch? It´s more common that the PoE breaks in the cameras.. are you running default 10.1.1.65 and so on for the built in switch?

Looks like your PTZ doesent have the auto track function. Should have the Deep IVS menu I take a printscreen from mine..

The NVR5216-16P 4KS2 has no lights at the ports, so you cant check for indicator lights. Assuming you have the 4.0 firmware in NVR, from the head menu in NVR check your BPS under Operation. Is there any traffic on the ports?

Hi, Problem is probably in the camera, is the camera updated with the latest firmware? Try setting the nvr in continues recording mode for a couple of minutes and see if you have any disconnect during the time, are you running the cameras on motion detect or SMD?

Why not use P2P? Enable firewall in NVR and restrict to your MAC-address. A great feature for me with P2P at least is that i always can reach the local login webpage no matter where im located. To the topic: Are you connect at port 80 or do you enable SSL for https connection? I had problem...
