    Re: Hikvision IPC firmware update... my eyes are bleeding... need some help/clarifica I tried using the hiktools.exe on the 5.2.5 code and change it to English, but when I load it and reboot the camera, it comes back up as Chinese. Is there a different method I should be using?

I believe it only had 5.1.6 on it when I plugged it in.
