SMD records all night long / no IVS image preview

I ended up deselecting areas that were basically everything but the street (for catching cars on SMD only), dialed down sensitivity and increased threshold settings. Doing this has seemed to do the trick. Thank you for the tips.

SMD records all night long / no IVS image preview

Any tips to what specific image/ video setting to start with? Currently working with Andy @ empiretech. I believe this is related to something in the NVR mainly because the two cams I have, get the identical beginning and end time stamped SMD clips. He had me upgrade the firmware on the NVR...

SMD records all night long / no IVS image preview

When I turn off SMD, capture both cars/people with IVS and while using Smartpss for playback, I do not have an option to filter out either or. If I can filter out cars from people during IVS playback with SmartPSS, please advise. All settings have been changed through the cams interface.

SMD records all night long / no IVS image preview

T5442T-ZE disabling noise filter makes no difference problem

It is definitely muffled. Not loud and clear as on the good cam with filter disabled. There is no difference in noise level and clarity when turning it on or off on the bad cam, unlike on the good cam. It is as if the noise filter is permanently on.

T5442T-ZE disabling noise filter makes no difference problem

I would like the noise filter off on both cams as it sounds not only clearer but louder as well when disabled. The audio settings on both cams are identical. On the the good cam, when switching the filter from on to off, I can clearly hear the sound from the street become louder and sharper...

T5442T-ZE disabling noise filter makes no difference problem

I have two T5442T-ZE. Going through the GUI of the cameras, I shut off the noise filters. The audio settings of both cams are identical. The problem is one cam sounds no different when switching the filter on /off. The other camera is good showing a big difference with the filter on /off...
