    I disagree with that as I can set ptz presets on my other cameras via BI.

    I can find the camera and add it OK. I can use PTZ arrows to move the camera OK. The only thing I can't do is set up PTZ presets? I have tried all configurations in both VIDEO CONFIG and PTZ/Control pages with no luck. Anyone got any ideas? This is the proof that the camera has PTZ...
