    Hi, since my Hikvision 7608NI-K2 was power cycled last week I no longer get the still image on the line crossing detection pish notifications on my iPhone. Does anyone know how to solve this? Thanks

    Ok thanks. I’ll have a look at that. I just though line crossing would be useful as I could set it only to pick up people coming into the house and not us leaving.

    No I don’t think so. I’ve done some testing today and it looks like the line may be at the wrong angle to pick up every person who comes to the door.

    Hi there, hoping someone can help. I have DS-7608NI-K2 / 8P with a DS-2CD2545FWD-IS. I have had line crossing detection set up and working great for two weeks. Today however is has only activated once. Even though several people have been at the door. Does anyone have any pointers. Thanks
