Camera missing from BI main screen?

I am running BI 4 (latest/last version). I have 6 cameras configured but only 5 are showing up in the main screen. Not sure where the 6th has gone? This is probably a user configuration error but I can't remember changing anything. I know it's configured and added, it's just not listed. If...

    Hardware Acceleration question(s) / issues

I remember hitting the same issue regarding the driver. I'll figure out again what I did to get around it... and post back. Update: Looks like you just need to install the drivers manually to bypass that message. Fairly simple to do...

    Hardware Acceleration question(s) / issues

Thanks. That did the trick. Somewhere along the line Intel must have broke the H.264 decoding in their drivers. I appreciate everyone's assistance.

    Hardware Acceleration question(s) / issues

Well... it's not working for me at all. I'm thinking it's not the cameras. I started from scratch, fresh install of BI, set HA globally, added a single camera at H.264H. All I get is NO-SIGNAL with it's setting set to Default. So I delete the camera and setup my Hikvision (Uniden) doorbell...

    Hardware Acceleration question(s) / issues

Also, one of the cameras that is getting set from Default to No can only stream at h.264. It's the Hikvision doorbell. So looking at it more... All these Amcrest cameras have the option of h.264H or h.265, I see no option for h.264. So can we assume that h.264h is not supported by hardware...

    Hardware Acceleration question(s) / issues

I've double and triple checked all cameras. They are all set to h.264 thru the Amcrest web interface. Both main stream and substream have h.264 set which is why I'm puzzled. Sent from my HTC U11 using Tapatalk

    Hardware Acceleration question(s) / issues

CPU has a Intel HD 630. No dedicated graphics card. So regarding the Default. I messed around with it. Everything is currently set to Default for all seven of my cameras. Global is set to No. If I set the global setting to Intel, reboot, weird stuff happens. Either some of my cameras go...

    Hardware Acceleration question(s) / issues

Setup: Windows 10 - 1803, 16GB, Intel I7-7700, Intel Graphics Driver 24.20.100.6344, BI 4.8.2.3, Amcrest (Dahua cameras set to H.264). First, I want to confirm that if you are setting hardware acceleration globally (in CAMERAS tab and selecting INTEL), you do not need to set anything up in the...

    (8MP) IPC-HFW1831E Review

Is this the same 4k camera IP8M-2496E rebranded by Amcrest here in the USA?

    BI Android, dead.

Ok... sorry I took so long to get back on this topic. So yes. Blue Iris over remote WiFi works fine. As the above user stated, this has something to do with Cricket Wireless.... just about... the only thing I am still confused about is that I don't have issues when going back to that...

    BI Android, dead.

Good question. I'll try that on the next opportunity I get on a remote wifi signal and report my findings.

    BI Android, dead.

Currently using HTC U11 with Oreo installed. But same happens with my wifes Samsung s9. And it did the same on my prior phone which my son uses LeeCo S3, which had Nougut 7 installed. Only common thing is we are all using Cricket (AT&T)… my work is iPhone is on Verizon. Attaching the...

    BI Android, dead.

Yes. It's a head scratcher for sure. I've tried everything I know... 3 different routers, turning off everything in the firewall, disabling any type of protection on the server and the router and still the same issue. My only fix for now is going back to version 4.4.7.x. I'll be setting up...

    BI Android, dead.

No. I believe this is an issue with the BI Android App and/or BI combo. Over the past year or so, I rarely use the app for the same reason... it doesn't connect properly. It will take 4 or 5 tries before it will login properly (meaning I have consecutively tap connect 4 or 5 times)... and that...

    Remote login issues

Just to follow up on this remote authentication login issue. The workaround is to just downgrade to a version before it broke. I am back to using 4.4.7.0 and it works like a charm again... so I know this issue isn't on my end. the other workaround which I didn't want to do is make ALL...

    Remote login issues

Has there been any progress on this issue (bug?)? The latest update did not fix it. Looks like the same exact issues are happening to other users. Besides what is listed above.... It can take 4 to 5 remote login attempts to BI before a successful connection is made. I mean it works...

    Remote login issues

No issues on LAN. Users are logged in properly with same devices. So I just created a new user. And logged in the first time with it from WAN side and it worked just fine (connections showed the proper username connected). I closed the app. Waited a good 4 minutes. Didn't change a thing...

    Remote login issues

So I am having some issues with remote access to my cameras via the Android Blueiris app. It's been intermittent at best over the past couple of months. This occurs on the current BI version (4.6.4.4 x64) and the prior one. Basically it will work once then the next time I try (doesn't...
