Are you trying to play back the clip at normal speed, or a higher speed? On the newer releases in particular I usually see playback start at the wrong time if I'm trying to play back a clip faster than 2x speed.

I've found that on most of the recent BI updates I've tried (above 5.7.8.3) if I have my playback speed set above 2x and double-click an alert it will often start playback at the wrong time.

Maybe it's my imagination or wishful thinking, but enabling decoder compatibility mode on my T180s in BI seems to have also dramatically improved clip playback and scrubbing. I'm very interested to see whether that impression holds up over the next few days.

I took the 3/4" plug out of the junction box and drilled a hole in the plug so I could mount a PG9 cable gland to the plug. My Cat-6 gel-filled direct bury cable is a little thick for a PG7.
