I had very similar model (only without poe). After contact with Dahua helpdesk I sent them my nvr. Apparently you cannot put codes and the reset button is not there. After 1 week I got it back.

In case of this NVR it is hard to reset on your own. Of course you can use password recovery- but I have no access to the previous email (every security code goes there). In the end I sent it to the support. They can reset. On this motherboard there is no reset button.
