Purchased this 8 channel recorder through an auction, it is locked with user and password. Have already tried to send a photo with qr code to get a code, get a message that they cannot read the qr code. How can I change it or go back to factory settings? There is no reset button on the motherboard.

Have a camera here that I want to reset, opened it up to see if it has a reset button on it, it is not present. Can I see it in my network but cannot log in because I do not know the password, how do I solve this? Attach the label present to the camera. Kind regards.
