So for a while now I've notice this process on the task manager that uses between 2-4% constantly ( WmiPRvSE.exe ). After some research I found out the cause was BlueIrisTools. The event viewer is full of these: Closing blueiristools fixes the issue. I'm on Windows 10. Not sure if it happens...
