Hikvision 2DC-2120 won't power on
I bought a brand new Hikvision 2CD-2120 IP camera but it won't power on. Tried powering it via AC/DC adapter (According to the user's manual, it's best to use 12V/2A adapter, I used 12V/1A.) bypassing PoE, then connecting it through CAT5E cable directly to PC. Ethernet LED icon on my PC does not...
