    Stream with IP cam where I don't have access to router settings

    Hello! Sorry if this has been up before, tried to search and read a few threads... I need to move an outdoor IP cam between locations/networks and cannot access any routers to allow port forwarding e t c. The cam has to be some sort of plug and play where I only need to connect to the internet...
