I really like the facility to view Hikvision live view, configuration, etc but I'm conscious that support for this browser is coming to an end.
Is there another browser that will support me logging on using my Windows 10 PC please?
Also, other than Hik-Connect, is there a browser / method...
I have just set up another PTZ DS-2DE2A404IW-DE3/W and it is definitely online as (having port forwarded), I can view it online as a test.
I have activated it for Hik-Connect but for whatever reason I cannot view it as it is constantly showing 'offline'.
Is there something simple I've failed...
Our Hikvision IP cameras are installed at remote properties and the easy way to disable them is to simply switch off the router.
Is there any simple method of creating an alert when a router is switched off?
My camera has been up and running at a remote location for months and is accessible via Hik-Connect and iVMS
The external link however has suddenly failed although I've confirmed the exterior IP address has not and so I'm assuming either the port has changed or that the router has stopped...
