    I have a crest NVR 32CH with one nic card. I also have NetGear prosafe poe (GS110TP-200NAS switches, with 9- 2.4meg poe ip cameras. The IT department will only give me 1 ip address. If I address NVR with the IP,subnet & gateway, and plug everyone in to the prosafe switches will it all work or...

    Self employed electrician, I mostly install low voltage now, card access, nurse call, cameras etc. I am now getting in to ip cameras, this is some what new to me. Networking is not one of my strong points. I have some questions about networking. Thank you, Brian
