    Question: Amcrest IP3M-954E Resolution

    I just bought some Amcrest IP3M-954E bullet camera. According to the spec, the resolution is 2048x1536 at 30fps. The max resolution of my camera is only 2304x1296 at 20fps. I upgraded my camera with the latest firmware and it still shows 2304x1296. Does anyone experience the same issue as mine?

    Help: Amcrest ip2m-841 with BI no signal

    I can get the video on the web browser (http://192.168.0.11), but I got no signal with trying to add to BI. Turning off Windows firewall, anti-virus, and anti-malware software didn't help.
