Cannot connect outside of LAN

Definitely a Noob!
Just installed a wireless Trivision HD camera below my weather station and can see it on my own computer, but have no idea how to upload images to my own site or to any of the weather sites. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks- FloridaOleFart
