    PTZ Presets

    I have a DS-2DE3A404IWG-E/W PTZ camera. I have 7 preset positions in the camera now. Can I make the camera move to the 7 positions automatically and stay for a preset time? Like preset 1 for 45 seconds, then preset 2 for 45 seconds and 3 then 4 and so on.

    Hik-Connect problem

    As of now I have two HikVision cameras. I can see both on iVMS-4200, on a web browser, Hik-Connect app. If I log into Hik-Connect on a browser, it list both cameras, but only the same camera opens up no matter which one you click on. Do I need to change some settings or something?

    Remote viewing

    So at the moment I have 2 HikVision ip cameras, one DS-2CD2087G2-LU and one DS-2DEA404IWG-E/W. I can see the cameras on SADP, iVMS 4200 and can log into them via Chrome and view them when on the network at home. I cannot view them via iVMS 4200 when at home or anywhere else and want to be able...

    Main camera differences

    I have used the comparison tool and looked at spec sheets. What is the main differences in DS-2CD2687G2HT-LIZS and DS-2CD2683G2-IZS. To a novice, I do not see much different. Thanks Lee
