Hello to all, a 1st post for me around here although I've read many of yours. Current issue: SD3E405DB-GNY-A-PV1 is a 5x optical zoom mini PTZ and when zoomed in fully and stationary, people are grainy, although the overall image looks fine to anyone. Current settings seeking recommendations...
