    Hikvision poe and ip camera

    I have Hikvision DS-7616NI-Q2/16P 16Ch 8MP POE NVR. Some cameras that are external in the building are not been powered by the poe ports on the nvr.. but when i plug in another nvr it works. My question is if the poe would is not strong enough to go far or its a fault
