    IPC-T54IR-ZE-S3: IVS Tripwire Notifications

    Hi I just got the IPC-T54IR-ZE-S3 camera and NV41AI-8P-4KH . I have setup the IVS on the camera (on the Camera GUI) and it works well and i get notifications. But I only receive IVS notifications in DMSS app while on my home wifi. I don't get the notifications while on my cellular. Any ideas...
