    Villa door station not connect to network

    Hi I tried to activate a new Hikvision DS-KV8X13-WME1(C) unit, but it is not visible on the network. Power supply connected, connected to a LAN router, but the laptop connected to the same router cannot find the IP address 192.0.0.65. What can I do? Thanks
