Motion is blurry on my DS-2CD3345-I
The video look fine as long as nothing moves but when it does it's really bad. I use a Hikvision NVR DS-7608NI. Any suggestions how to get the moving video to look better? -

Can't add cam to ezviz cloud in iVMS 4500 (android)
When I try to add a camera (DS-2CD2145F-IWS) to ezviz cloud in the Android app iVMS 4500 I get a message "The device does not exist". It doesn't matter if I scan the QR code or enter the number manually. Any suggestions what this means or how I can fix it?
