Forwarded port switched to a different camera :(
I have 4 outdoor cameras, all wired. Recently camera #4 would show up as the same as #1 on iVMS-4200 client just within an hour after I updated the port, I lost the image of the camera #4 and have duplicates of camera #1. How can I prevent this from happening? -

One of my wireless cameras keeps changing its IP address, what to do?
I keep losing the video on this camera. The next thing I see is at the device list on iVMS-4200, the one added to the client is not connect, and there's a new one detected at the bottom. When I add the new one, it's usually problematic. Any idea how I can make it not change? -

How do I set up port forward for the cameras on router ARRIS TG1672-G?
This router is so different from the Verizon. On VZ I could see that port 8000 forwarded to 4xxxx, etc, but there is no display whatsoever on ARRIS. Then there is 'add server', 'port trigger', with repeating the same in and out ports. Please help. -

How to tweak motion detection sensitivity setting to avoid excessive emails?
Right now I have the sensitivity set to 100%. I get email almost every 2 minutes for the outdoor - bird shadows, bees, etc. What sensitivity should it be set to only detect motions from only for those we need to be alarmed for? -

Cannot add device to iVMS-4500 client

Why isn't this particular camera not accessible outside of home network?
I have 4 Hikvision outdoor bullet cams. I had them configured in the same fashion, with port forwarding, so that I can view them via iVMS-4500 Lite on iPhone. Problem: all 3 cameras were connected fine, but 1. It appears that the port forwarding does not work on this camera. Any ideas... -

Help - trouble with using ivms-4500 for iPhone
The ivms-4500 is not letting me view all 4 cameras on the 4 panels in the live view. I have added 4 cameras, and at the view added them each to a corresponding channel, but the each panel shows the same camera. Any ideas why? Updated: I was able to add them using the forwarded port, but still...
