    HikVision No HDMI menu output

    Hi, Device: DS-7616NI-K2 Firmware Version: V4.74.200 build 230522 Encoding Version: V5.0 build 230506 Problem: There is no options on the Menu Output. What I already tried: Reboot the device, Update to the latest firmware and I checked it on another same device and nothing, the fields empty!
