    Hikvision CCTV system - Alerts not playing

    Hi everyone, I have a Hikvision system with a DS-7608NXI 4k NVR with 5 8MP ColorVu cameras. I've setup a line crossing smart event when sends an alert to my phone but when I play rhe event it just freezes. Any help is appreciated.
