Can't record audio on NAS using DS-2CD2432F-IW
Hello, I managed to connect my IP camera to my NAS but it only records video, there's no sound. This model has a microphone and is properly configured, I can hear when I enter to see live feed with IVMS but when I'm checking saved files on my NAS, I can only see the image but no sound. Any idea...
