Hikvision kv6113-wpe1 calling failed
Hello, I have an intercom kv6113-wpe1 and when I press the button, I got calling failed. I saw the device in HIK-CONNECT and I can open the gate. I don`t have INDOOR STATION. I want work only with the phone.(ios) Can you help me? Thank you!
