    Push Notification not activating on IVMS4500 and HIK Connect.

    Alarm push notifications doesn't work on IVMS4500 and HIK CONNECT app. Can't find device list in ADD option in HIK connect and in IVMS4500 when click on device to add failed. Can someone suggest what happened. Thanks
