    HELP ME impossible to access my camera

    Hello everyone, for 1 week it's impossible to connect to my camera model UTK-HD55F-5MP-30X UNITOPTEK ... I am sure of my password. I would like to do a total reset of the camera and redo the configuration but I don't have access to the console and I can't find the reset button on the camera...
