When I configured my ddns on my nvr I only ever forwarded ports in my router but never set up hik ddns within the router all was done via the nvr. Do I need to set up the hik ddns within the router?     Ivms 4500 not working on network wifi

    Hi guys having a glitch in the system, the app works on my mobile network but once home it won't work on wifi(same network as nvr) it says "no connection" on all cams. I added the nvr again under new device and it works. Weird!!!! Anyone have an explanation for this

    Ptz mini dome with ir

    Hi guys just after a discrete ptz cam one which you can't see the actual lense pan and tilt, would prefer people not to know when I am playing with the ptz. I am running a hik nvr and unfortunately hik only sell ones with no ir or the bigger models. Prefer one within the dome case. Thanks John
