I see the same exact message VPNing to my DB via Android IVMS4500. This is with a JPG connection to my touchscreens, RTSP to Zoneminder and to Blue Iris. I am not using the cloud app here on my Android phone. A DB reboot will solve the issue temporarily. -

@jacha What firmware are you using? If firmware is ONVIF capable you have to enable it with the Hikvision Batch Configuration. Once you have enabled ONVIF then the about JPG should work fine. -

Is the DB dropping off the network or is it powering off or resetting itself? Do you have connectivity logs on your Wireless access point? Older SOHO routers do not do wireless very well. Overheating et al. Remove it for a bit from BI and keep doing a ping to the device. -
