    So use Ngrok to access Bi first time I have seen this error? Maybe just speed issue because of my location? I haven't used connection since last Bi update. I am on 5.9.9.25 really only reason I connected today is to make sure connection was still correct. Normally just connect to NVRs or DVRs.

    I don't know, Without seeing the PCB, The Uart device, knowing if your device is OEM or pure Hikvision. There are some people OEM and Hik both that lock out the Uart. At times there might be something on the PCB that will let you get the info needed and other times no. Not all area built equal...

    The sound like the system will need to be looked over for some other type of issue. Wrong Uart, Hard Brick device that is so bad it hasn't initialize Uart? Power circuit bad? Wrong Uart speed? Also maybe your using Wrong 5v Uart device on 3.3v Uart system?

    Something to try.. Go to the NVRs GUI aka while connected to the NVR HDMI or D-Sub to your monitor, Log in to the NVr, then click on Configuration. Then under general top line should be Language see if English option is there?

    Personally don't think it's the shed. Normally would see good light on roof, it looks far enough away. Looks like light reflection off front lens caused by ir plate not being installed correctly.. or something close to camera housing not in shot reflecting light that is bouncing down lens...
