If you click the help button you will find this tidbit Hot objects may be specified in the to confirm box to immediately confirm the alert and then cancel any outstanding analyses. For this, the confidence must begin with a 0, such as person:0 or person:080. -

The setting for static or DHCP is in the properties for the ethernet adapter, not on the router, the router may have a setting for a reservation in DHCP which will keep the IP address the same all the time, but does no guarantee a fixed IP if the PC is connected to a different router or network... -

What version of BI are you using, there have been a few versions that have had issues with memory leaks some time ago, but I have not read any reports lately, is your system set to do automatic updates, if so I would turn off that feature and stick with the stable release's?- Bruce_H

Probably nothing to do with your issue, but is this camera a PTZ, I see that you have "Extend trigger with PTZ movement" checked? If people are walking to the right of those trees, I would think that it is going to be hard to detect them at the very edge of the cameras view (Just my thoughts)! -

The certificate that BI was using has probably expired, if you have a support contract I believe that you will have to update BI to get a newer certificate that has not expired. (I do not use any apple products, but I recall reading about this issue on one of the BI forums). -

Is the network functioning from the BI PC? Have you checked to see if the link lights are on for each active port on your POE switch, can you ping the cameras, if so can you log into the cameras web pages?
