    You can try just drilling into it, until you bottom out, into the set screw bottom. Measure the core diameter of that tool(minor diameter). Remove the torx pieces.

    Awsum, do you have the 130W version? That is what I have and at the moment, it works great with 10 cameras, 2 PTZ included(1 big and 1 small). I'm planning to add another small PTZ to it. Got it refurbished, from the bay(bestipsolutions) for $75(now is $85).

    This new Day/Night feature, forces the camera to be black and white, at night? I had mine in color, before the upgrade. Now it seems like I can't do that anymore, only if I don't use this feature. Any issues with the Z12 focusing? I'm still on a 2017 firmware and it's been good for me.
