    This was exactly it. Dahua New V4 was the ticket. I tried several options before posting. I thought I tried Dahua New V5 but not V4? My memory is pretty bad so that's why I always second guess what I tried. Anyway thanks for this!

    Works fine from the cam but not from within blue iris. Not sure what changed. It was working yesterday I believe. I've removed it and added back in Blue Iris with no luck. Cam is a SD49225XA-HNR. Here is the PTZ tab in blue iris for this cam. Any ideas?

    I don't think it shows up when you play it back in Blue Iris. You have to choose the option to include the overlay when you export it. I think in the Blue Iris mobile app it shows on playback.

    To be clear it is only the weather overlay that exports with the current info vs the the info at the time of the recording. If you see this video export the timestamp overlay gets exported correctly. But the weather info is from the time of the export not of the recording. Does that sound...
