    I have gDMSS and you can set up favorites to view multiple cameras or NVR's, Pull up the live view and tap the + on one of the camera view windows, choose the camera you want to view. When you get all three up tap the favorites star and save as whatever name you want.

    It will work I have a NVR and Blue Iris running some of the same cameras and you just set up the cameras in Blue Iris with the IP and login / password.

    Hitting cameras web pages with a laptop in an NVR with POE The best way would be to log in to the cameras and set IP and save, then set them up in the NVR.

    I would assign them static IPs and in maintenance you can disable auto reboot. Most of the time auto reboot is not required.

    I have 9 running on a core i5 4590 with 8 gig ram, motion recording with hardware acceleration it uses just over 20% cpu most of the time.

    I would go with the good ones. The cheap ones have cheap plating and the retaining clips are not as secure. The tester will do what you need.

    On my 5216 there is a check box under System -> Display for IVS Rule display. If checked it displays the rule if unchecked it doesn't.
