I have noticed with similar splitters(using 2), once in a while, some of those cameras go offline, but a reboot, or two will bring it back online. I'm not sure what is going on, they lose their ip address? They are regular cameras, not POE+ ones.
That hardened steel piece can't be drilled out, he is right.
How about using the smallest hole saw? It will be hard, since the pilot drill bit can't be used. This could be done on a drill press/milling machine only.
Or maybe you can find on Ebay a broken camera.
Try drilling it out.
I don't know the size of that grab(set) screw, maybe somebody knows and will let you know. Maybe you could measure it with something.
You can drill it out with a drill bit for that size thread. For example, if it's M4 x 0.7, then you would use a 3.3mm drill bit.
Then, you...
I would do that and see, maybe there is some water inside.
I have even repaired dead cameras. Usually, surface mount capacitors short out. I would start measuring them for short.
It shows up on the network?
The favorite camera that most of us are using is the SD49225XA(2MP) or XB(4MP). It works way better then what yo have. I had the same gen 59225 like yours, and that one can't compare to the 49225XA, or XB.
There is a thread here, about how to unbrick it.
I had an issue like this myself, and it took some time and effort to unbrick it, but it brought it back to life. Also saved some money in the process. ;)
I'm not thrilled about the price, either. I will be paying it for three years. First time doing that, but at least Samsung will give 4 OS updates for that, so I can keep it longer. My Note 8 does not get anything anymore.
I have switched from T-Mobile to Mint mobile, and that caused this issue.
I have found a thread, that solved my issue.
Basically, I needed to make another APN configuration that is meant for Mint, and now it works.
Here is the thread with the settings:
Thank you for your help.

If I check it with the open port site, this address shows that is closed.
What is interesting, that I can't access my...
Thank you for that.
I thought that is what I have to do, but I hate doing it. Specially on the phone part.
I was hoping, that there is an easier solution.
I think the I will put a hold on this, until I'll get my S22 Ultra in.
I have just switched cellular carriers and I can't see my cameras on my phone anymore.
I'm using OpenVPN and UI3.
What should I change?
I have also noticed, that my WAN address has changed. I don't understand why, though.
OpenVPN it seems like it is still connecting though.
I should redo the...
