    Unfortunately, when attempting to tilt my Dahua turret manually yesterday, the tool supplied with the cam used to tighten and locate the camera housing to the wall holder broke off in the set screw. image attached might give you a better idea of what I mean. Any ideas on how I might fix this?

    viewing on a local monitor. I have rick clicked on the feed of each camera, and in settings, video tab, hardware accelerated decode is set as "Intel". Also, recording is set as "direct to disk" for each. As per Windows Task manager, CPU usage attributable to BI is still hovering around 20%

    Sounds great. Although my Samsung TV is a smart tv, I have never had much luck in installing any third party apps. Would a firestick be the way to go? What app do you refer to that displays the feeds?
