    I think the only (somewhat affordable) options are the Doorbird S101 (~ €350) and the Doorsafe DS6600. (~€105) They tick all the boxes apart from the 2MP, since they shoot video in 720p. EDIT: wait, I think the Doorsafe doesn't support SIP.

    The problem was the Pale Moon browser. Since it was telling me this: I removed it from my PC and installed an older version of the browser, (I randomly picked version 27.0.0 instead of the current 27.9.3) and all the problems I had are gone.     I know but if it had audio it would be a insta-buy instead of the 4231. Now it's a difficult decision between the audio and fixed lens of the 4231 or the missing audio but vari-focal lens of this 2231. ;)
